Rather, we ask that prospective team members email a letter of interest to our office, to include the name, area of interest, credentials, reason for wanting to work for Triumph Educational Consulting, two letters of recommendation from a previous and present employer, and the ways that our company and schools would benefit if the person were to be hired as a coach/consultant.

If we find that the prospective team member would be a great addition to the Triumph Team, our office will reach out and schedule a working interview, which includes the prospective team member completing a 20-minute lesson on a standards-aligned lesson in the area where he or she would be considered an expert. Should the prospective team member progress pass the interviews, he or she will be invited to a final interview with our CEO who will ask coaching/consulting scenario and relationship questions in order to determine if the person is an excellent addition to our team. If the person is deemed as an excellent addition, employment paperwork will be completed at that time.
