Instructional Coaching

Our instructional coaching program is a cut above the rest. First, our instructional coaches are well-versed in STRATEGIES, so the coaching that is provided is evidence-based. Secondarily, our coaches don’t just tell teachers what to do; our coaches are willing to show teachers what to do and how to do it. It’s called coaching, and coaching is what we use to bring out the best in our teachers. We show your teams how to put professional development into action! Our schools may choose in-person, virtual, or hybrid instructional coaching.


Leadership Coaching

Every school rises on the shoulders of leadership. To this end, we take pride in providing on-going coaching services for our school leaders. Leaders may choose in-person coaching, on-line coaching, or hybrid. Our coaching services are not canned, but they are tailored to meet the needs of the leader and the school that he or she serves.


iPD

In July, 2019, Triumph Educational Consulting launched our iPD program. Individual teachers, leaders, or entire schools may invest in the program to receive quality professional development, live or recorded, twice per month with a Q and A data session once per quarter. The strands for the program are as follows:

The Triumph Resource Shop

We understand that teachers and leaders are busy. We also understand how dangerous the internet has become with providing unaligned activities for teachers to use in the classroom. Our coaches take pride in creating products and resources that allow teachers to download 100% aligned units, activities, worksheets, assessments, games, anchor charts, think-alouds, strategies, Core Curricular Ties, and other resources. We love our work, and you will, too! We literally take the load off of you and put the rigor back into the classroom.

iPD—Our World Class Virtual Professional Development Program

In July, 2019, Triumph launched its world-class virtual professional development program. Individual teachers, teams, schools, and districts may opt in to our program, choosing instructional bands that fit their needs. We save your school money. We keep your teachers in the classroom. We increase the likelihood that every teacher benefits from a session. We save you time. We add an accountability component where leaders and teachers know the same content and can hold each other accountable. We solved PD! Ask us how your school can benefit!
